Dr. Ford saw me immediately and got right to work on my impacted ear wax. He answered all my questions while working on the ear, and offered advice on how to handle the problem until I saw him again. Dr. Ford is what one hopes for in a physician: friendly and professional and most importantly, capable and easy going. Thank you Dr. Ford.
