I’m shocked by the bad reviews, because I found Dr Kwan to be very caring, and very knowledgeable. She spoke with me and answered ALL my questions with patience and kindness. I am an anxious patient who asks too many questions, and she never made me feel bad or embarrassed. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her and her office.
