Great manner, professional, great listener. Haven't seen his kind of finger speed on the keyboard in decades when he was working the computer. Was enlightening sharing his medical background with us when we inquired. He's a '360 degree' doc. Anywhere on the compass that you and your situation, your questions are, he's there. Will readily visit again if required.
