He established a solid rapport very quickly. His listening skills are superlative. Once he grasps the central problem and primary objective he is very willing to voice his understanding and begin to suggest possible strategies, tactics, and possible solutions. He's articulate and yet he communicates in easy to understand language. He demonstrates empathy and is warm and friendly.
