I met with Dr Wittman to address multi year long history with painful fibroids in my uterus. She took the time from start to finish in finding the root cause of my pain and ruling out any more serious diseases such as cancer. She went over my options and did not rush me to make a decision. We did talk about the tenderness of the topic considering we had been trying to have a baby for quite some time. After much consideration, we decided to have a hysterectomy. She was just so available for questions and follow ups. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate Dr Wittman's compassion and listening ear through one of the toughest decisions I've had to make thus far in my life. I would recommend Dr Wittman to anyone who is looking for a Dr that treats the whole person and not just the symptoms. I was also very impressed with the portal responses when I had a random questionduring my recovery. It was nice to not have to make a trip to her office for something that could be answered online
