Ms. Lourna Charles is a masterful therapist, in my opinion. She has so many good qualities in her approach. She is an excellent listener; she's patient; she's even keeled; she's empathetic yet direct; she's kind; but most of all, she has a multitude of tools that she uses to help the clients achieve their goals. She does not jut have one approach. She is masterful.
