I had shoulder surgery about 10 years ago. I got through the rehab and Dr. Blye did such a good job. I should have done the surgery the minute they offered as it really is the strongest part of me. I got back to gardening, even swimming and it was worth getting over my fear and not having to guard my shoulder all the time.
