I accompanied my mom to her appointment with Dr. Steen. The whole process of scheduling the appointment and checking in was excellent. The staff was courteous. We did not wait at all to go into the exam room and Dr. Steen came in shortly afterwards. He is very professional and concise, explaining everything very clearly. I will definitely recommend him.
