Dr. Cheng exceeded my expectations. As with any kind of 'help', you have to feel comfortable/like the person you're talking to. I'm always a little reticent opening up to a total stranger whether they've committed their lives to helping people or not. Dr. Cheng's overall personable demeanor set me at ease nearly instantly. She was a pleasure to talk to and when something concerned her she was tactful and nonjudgmental. I would highly recommend her to friends, family and you, the reader.
