Dr. Garros did an open heart surgery on me to remove my pericardial sac which got infected and had calcium deposits. The condition gave me cirrhosis of the liver and a plural effusion around my right lung making it hard for me to breath. Its a rare procedure and I was glad to have Dr Garro's do the surgery even though we had a few disagreements about blood transfusions and getting my 3rd cat scan in 1/12 years. Thank God that he did not need to give me a transfusion. Any way I highly recommend him.
