awful service - doctor not in office for follow up and assistance was completely unrestful and useless. Was given a hand written scrap paper and told to request insurance approval and not a rx. Also was told I had to request to see the doctor when appointment was made. May I add useless office staff and barley speaks English. This doctor never returned my call and Dr. Luis Lugo-Arrendell, MD is not recommended - May complaint also filed with insurance company. Claim denied.
