Dr. Pires takes time to answer questions and explain options. He is very gentle with patients and makes certain that the experience is not painful. The office staff are courteous and encourage you to call with any questions you may have. I had a tooth extracted and am 100% satisfied. I will go back to Dr. Pires if I have other periodontal problems.
