Following a PET scan, I had a couple of questions about observations made on the report. He was not the original radiologist that reviewed the report, but he jumped right in. He ordered CT scans from two prior hospitals, and compared all four reports so he could respond to my two concerns, and then emailed me directly. After this level of diligence, I was confident and relieved when he assured me that over the 3 years of images he reviewed both areas were stable and required no follow up. He even amended the report for us. Dr Lancaster appears to treat people the way he would like to be treated. I'm grateful.
