He didn't save my life, cure some major psychiatric disorder, or anything. But, after being his patient for 26 years, I can honestly say that he is the sole reason I was able to progress from being a desperate, severely abused, and maladjusted child who felt he was nothing...to having the most amazing, accomplished, and incomparable life anyone could ever have. And I will be eternally grateful. I have achieved much and contributed much in so many fields as a direct result of his genuine caring and professional skill. There just aren't words for his level of humanity.
