Dr. Damitz was very kind and professional. I was a total wreck and nervous and the billing office told me that it wouldn't cover my reduction. However b/c of the huge lump I had to have removed, Dr. Damitz assured me that I would have the reduction and my insurance would pay. My insurance DID pay and Dr. Damitz did a wonderful job. She listened to all my concerns and help eased my fears before my surgery.
