Dr. Santana is a caring physician. She has been our physician for over a year. I experienced a hypertensive crisis on a weekend and she called me within five minutes with clear and appropriate instructions. As a retired nurse, I ask and clarify almost everything, and Dr. Santana listens and explains her rationale. I respect her and most importantly I know she cares about her patients and her profession. My only hope is that VIP can keep medical assistants. The medical assistants in the office need further training.
