Patient Reviews
Jun 05, 2017
I was a patient of Dr. Carter for 22 years and she has been one of best doctors I've ever came in contact with. She has always taken her time with me and my siblings to be sure we all got the proper care needed. Now that I've had to depart from Dr. Carter's care I find it hard to find anyone that I can connect with like I did with her. Thankfully I'm soon to have a baby boy and he will hopefully be able to be a patient of Dr. Carter as well. She is truly missed!

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
