Dr. Dowd ensured that I would have the best medical attention possible after my heart attack in 2014. She made sure I had an extraordinary surgeon for a heart valve replacement. She was a constant during my rehabilitation. She has been open in discussion about my condition. Dr. Dowd has always shown concern for my treatment and progress.
