My last visit with Dr. Akram was in March 2025 and it was very good. She diagnosed me as pre-diabetic. I modified my diet and was confirmed I'm no longer pre-diabetic. Dr. Akram is proactive and can be reactive when needed. She has good bedside manners meaning she listens to your questions, concerns and then give her answers and recommendations. I've only been with her about a year after my long-time physician retired. Dr. Akram also includes your opinion(s) when deciding on what medical procedures and programs to be recommended. She cares. I recommend Dr. Akram if you are currently looking for a good Internal Medicine doctor.
