I have had 2 problems with the office people. A few months ago I had an appointment. Get there, and they say I am not scheduled. Showed them the blue form that shows time and day. They say the scheduler made a mistake and it was no longer scheduled. Just called in to confirm my Telehealth call for Thursday Sept 12th 2024. Put on hold for a long time. Someone finally answers and I tell them I want to confirm, and no one speaks and cuts the call on me. Had to call back in. Please let the Doctor know about these problems.I have no problem with the doctor. He is very qualified.
