Dr. Harmon has been an amazing OBGYN for me! I have endometriosis, which runs in my dad’s side of the family, so it took me till my mid 20s to find out that I have all the same systems and probably have it. I had been to many OBGYNs prior to Dr. Harmon. These doctors would say I was over weight and that is why I was in so much pain or they would say it’s just PMS. As a young adult I felt unheard and that my pain was not real or a result of me being “whimpy”. When I first went to see Dr. Harmon she listen to my concerns and was the first doctor to take me seriously. I explained what I had done prior and she printed out a plan and walked me through the process of treatment. Considering I only had my Grandma, Aunts and Google to learn about endometriosis prior I found this relieving and learned a lot. While the treatment had bumps in the road, Dr. Harmon was always there. I am now living in much less pain and am relieved I have such a great doctor on my side. Thank you Dr. Harmon!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
