I recently visited NCH at Creekside in Naples, Florida, for a gastroenterology procedure with Dr. Bakr, and I must say that from start to finish, my experience was absolutely exceptional. The care I received felt more like being welcomed into a warm and thoughtful home than a medical facility.From the moment I arrived, Anakaren, the receptionist, greeted me with a kind smile and a genuine welcome that instantly put me at ease. In the pre-op room, Vicky and Terry, the nurses, were professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive, explaining each step with calm reassurance.During the procedure, I was in the capable hands of Deborah and John, the anesthesiologists. Their professionalism and kind demeanor gave me complete confidence, and I felt safe and cared for throughout. Afterward, Kris, the release nurse, provided an incredibly smooth and thoughtful transition home.Most importantly, the entire process was seamless—there were no complications, no pain, and no side effects.
