First time seeing her for extraction and prep for implant (just one tooth). Excellent at explaining things and all the considerations. Very likable in conversations and compassionate as well--I had some serious problems with recurrence of some periodontal disease due to inferior brushing and hygiene technique. She was very patient and understanding, explained to me a lot of stuff I did not understand well before.
