Patient Reviews
Oct 06, 2017
Dr. Sahouri probably saved my life, he just doesn't know it. I was complaining to my MD (for over 3 yrs) about the temporary vision loss in my left eye. My MD just kept ignoring me and saying there was nothing he could do about it. I explained this to Dr. Sahouri at my first visit in July 2017. After examining my eyes, he wrote a letter to my MD recommending a carotid artery evaluation. Bingo!! Ultra sound showed carotid stump syndrome. Surgery was the end of Aug. at U of M.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
