Patient Reviews
Dec 18, 2024
Was referred as new patient after lab tests indicated a low kidney function number. Office is close to Union hospital. The front office staff was very accommodating on an appointment. The back office assistant was competent and very friendly. The Doctor was exceptionally positive and kind, explained the issue, reviewed medical history and medications ways to address the issues and welcomed questions. He even refused an incoming phone call to focus on us. It is understandable that different people can have different impressions or experiences with staff or a doctor. And getting a 2nd opinion or switching doctors is always advisable if a patient isn’t receiving the necessary or best care. Of course, this was only our initial visit and impressions. We have further tests and another appointment scheduled. So might have more impressions after more contact. Only negative was the waiting room furniture is outdated and not arranged optimally for wheel chair or lots of waiting patients.
