My husband has regular visits with Dr. Manuel Castro. Throughout the past several years of treatment, the care, compassion and understanding has been excellent. Not only does Dr. Castro take the time to go over treatment plans, he actually listens. He is cautious in prescribing medications so as to not overmedicate, yet he wants to help his pacientes to achieve the best mental health possible. We truly appreciate the time and effort he takes when we are there.
