He is excellent professional in the medical field , as a human great understanding person. I love my Dr. !! a triple A Dr. But my oh my God!! the staff is so insufficient in customer service, to made an appointments is a nightmare. Right away they address you to go to emergency room why right aeay. Is so difficult so seek medical attention with my Dr that know my history. I try to get visual appointments they said no. Appt after a month. This happens to me, my sister, my brother and friends. Today my brother-in-law is very sick he went already to Er, was diagnosed wrong and sent home with out medication to follow up with his Dr. And no option, the staff refused a call back from his nurse or the Dr. Appointment far away. What is wrong with this people.
