I have been a patient of Dr. Velazquez for as long as I could remember. The office is usually quite busy but Dr. Velazquez and his staff work their tails off to have every patient seen quickly. Your waiting period would certainly be less than any walk urgent care or city md with equal per day office visits. What is even more impressive is that the majority of us who go there are long term patients . So ; though you could be taken care of as a first time one time patient like most urgent care establishments do, Dr Velazquez has established a true healthcare center where we have our chronic conditions managed. He has an internal medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology , dietitians, podiatry all under one roof. Manuel Velazquez MDpc aka east side diagnostic treatment center is one of the last remaining true small business Health clinics in NYC and probably the country. When you’re under the care of Dr. Velazquez you are not a medical record number, or quota to fill. You truly feel like your being cared for by a Dr. who would care for you like he would care for his mother. same way he would care for his mother . There is no limit to what he’s willing to do to care for his patients. It’s lovely to see a Truly compassionate Dr. who loves what he does and clearly born to do it. Words cannot describe the true commitment he has to this community, you just have to experience it for yourself.
