New to NC, new Darst Dermatology patients (Aug '24), my husband and I were delighted with OFFICE STAFF (ease of scheduling 1st appointment, no long wait to get seen, exemplary customer service in-person or phone and efficiency emailing us forms, etc.) DR. MARC DARST is genuinely connects with patients and (1st visit) biopsied 2 skin cancer suspicious places on my husband, put him at ease with his manner and biopsied that day. Both results were positive. A few months ago moved from MD, needed surgeon referrals, he gave us info and office staff followed-up next day. Noticed something new on self just 3 weeks later, called the office and got same day appointment. Not something missed (1st visit a month ago), literally something that just surfaced, and got same day appointment (practice has several practitioners) Excellent unparalleled skin care products. I hope reading I'm an RN adds weight to this 5-star rating!
