I saw Dr. Mosbacher to find out if I was a candidate for an arthritis treatment. He listened carefully, asked good questions and took a course of action to determine my eligibility for the treatment. It was determined that I am not a candidate, so he offered an alternative option, discussed it with me and made a referral to another doctor.It’s so important for docs to act humanly and use understanding to place themselves in the patient’s position; it helps to build a level of trust. Dr. Mosbacher demonstrated this well and gained my confidence.
