I arrived early for my appointment, and the friendly woman at the front desk helped me almost immediately. The doctor himself, took me early. This is unheard of at most doctors' offices. I always plan to wait an hour when I go to an appointment. He was attentive, caring, and personable, while simultaneously very professional . He clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge in his field. This made me feel comfortable and secure. He presented the treatment options, and gave me time and space to think about them. He even let me call my husband from the treatment room, to discuss the options, when I had offered to call him from the waiting room.Another woman came in to help me, and she was also very friendly and nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Schumann, hands down, without hesitation!
