Billing and front office staff are beyond rude and talk over you when you are just trying to understand which discount plan helps pay more. They won't let me use a different plan for me and another for my kids. They always historically have tried to shame people about how they are able to pay and with a discount plan they look down on you. Dr. Soder is the only reason I drive from another town to let my kids experience her kindness and experience with dental care. I have seen her since she started her practice and was in a different location! I deserve respect but the Dr does not know what the staff does and says to the patients on the phone and even in person.
