Dr. Hays is keenly perceptive and stalwart in person. She knows medication quite well but is often callus and a bit unrefined. I don't see any real bitterness about her nor do I find her prejudiced in her choices of patients and friends. She is a good sport when it comes to accepting the responses of her clients. A bit too old school for my liking, but effective nevertheless.
