The good: Dr. Nichols is a very intelligent man. He explained my care plan to me, the reason he was changing my medicine, and what certain diagnoses meant. I was very please with this. I felt he was on the ball there. Office staff was very friendly. Zero customer service issues there. Office staff was professional. Room for improvement: He could improve the way he speaks to his patients when their test results are less than ideal. Every family has addiction and mental health issues. My blood test results showed that... He lacked compassion and empathy over my A1C number. He was very technical and left-brained. He was a problem solver. I do believe he cared about me as a patient. I felt confident over his problem solving skills and abilities. I will see him again.
