I love Dr. Novotny and her staff. Everyone is very kind there (never cold or a bad attitude, which sadly I have experienced at previous OBGYN offices I have dealt with in previous years-especially during OB care). I never feel rushed. She is willing to answer questions and chat. Excellent bedside manner. Waits are never very long, and I had the best delivery of my 3 births with her at this office. She was extremely supportive of my wishes and needs when it came to my 2nd VBAC delivery.
