My boyfriend ended up at VVMC with a highly virulent staph infection throughout his body. She was highly informed, decisive and personally kind and patient. This was a life-threatening condition and she managed it masterfully, in concert with an excellent team of physicians and surgeons. He is currently recovering, thanks to their swift and focused care, and I literally believe we owe his life to Dr. Kobe. She kept us informed every step of the way, advising as to the pros and cons of all of the options we had to consider. I highly recommend her.
