I really like Dr. Tsai. She is treating my PA and Ankylosing Spondylitis. She moves along quickly but makes sure that all questions are answered before I leave. She types while we talk but she is always listening. She is a very kind person and always gives me a hug at the end of my appointment. More often then not, I end up having another question after I have already left her office. But Dr. Tsai and her staff always answer my questions with kindness - no matter how many times I ask.
