Margeaux did my epidural during labor & delivery of my second baby. The epidural worked perfectly; I could feel my lower body well enough to reposition myself and push effectively, but I didn't feel any pain from contractions. Also I know Margeaux HURRIED to get to my room as soon as I requested the epidural, which as any woman who's been in labor can tell you is a real win.
