I saw Dr. Castellano about two years ago before I had my gastric sleeve surgery. She had to do a endoscopy and colonoscopy to make sure everything was good before I had that procedure done. During that examination, they discovered, I had hemorrhoids internal and a little external everything else biopsied and was fine, no hernias or anything biopsies came back negative. She is very thorough. I made her laughed when I was put her to sleep under anesthesia. Her nurse practitioner. Katherine Garfunkel is also a very thorough nurse practitioner. She spends her time with you, and she prescribed me some suppositories For hemorrhoids. I highly recommend Miss Maria and her staff.
