I don't know if the one star reviews are genuine or fabricated, but my guess is the latter. My experience with Dr. Parra has always been positive. It was the office that sometimes messed up, then didn't allow me leeway for the time I had to take to fix things. Dr. Parra always took time to take notes about what was going on. Whenever I went in for a checkup, she not only knew why I was there, she would follow up with me on the notes she'd taken from my previous appointments. In one instance, I told her that I thought I might have an infection. I'd already tried telling other medical professionals, doctors and nurses to no avail. Within five minutes, I was finally diagnosed, and given a prescription. The people complaining that she didn't take time should look at the office, and their policies. I believe that Dr. Parra is a professional who genuinely cares about her patients. If you're a patient who has her now, you should consider yourself lucky.
