I liked Dr. Ikossi because she was very direct and didn't sugarcoat anything. She was also very caring, thorough and funny. The only thing she could improve on is realizing when the patient is feeling pain and be a little more gentle (like when changing bandage or removing drains). Otherwise, I really liked her and would not hesitate to use her again.
