I had a terrible reaction to a medication given to me by another doctor in Cookeville. I called that doctors office to report reaction and received no help for debilitating symptoms. I walked in Dr. Maria Stubbs office right before 10am and explained my situation to Karen, the wonderful office person. She told me to have a seat and that Dr. Stubbs would see me immediately. By 10:15, I had seen the doctor, gotten help for my symptoms and was able to make another appointment by 10:30. That, imho, is how a doctors office should operate! Many thanks to Dr. Stubbs and her caring, friendly staff.
