Dr. DeMichele is awesome and almost everyone in her office is very nice but I've had numberous errors come from my first visit there. My PineApp stated I had a primary and secondary insurance complete with 2 cards with my name and ID#'s! I DO NOT! I only have AvMedMedicareCircle. The 'incorrect card' said I had UHC!!!! I could not get this very important incorrect info about my account corrected. I also had an incorrect prescription phoned in to my pharmacy from Dr. DeMichele's office. I repeatedly request refills as they are not getting phoned in. Referrals are impossible since no one for that department picks up the phone consistently. I am a senior who is cognitive and this treatment is definitely difficult as it seems we are ignored too often. I sadly can no longer use the PineAPP after failure to get my info corrected after attempting to do so since my first visit to this office. I would love to hear the problem is fixed but as I prepare to order another prescription I was directed to take from Dr. DeMichele, I am sadly discouraged that it will be filled without many redos.
