I called Dr. Berkley at 1:30 AM w excruciating pain(so sorry sir): in the morning Kristen called. They had an appt in the N Haven office so I thankfully accepted it. Within a few minutes I received a call from the Mansfield office where Ida had recognized my drive could be shortened by at least an hour so she offered the Mansfield office instead,who does that? So thoughtful..it worked out for the other office since they had 2 emergency visits scheduled back to back. We arrived early but Ida was again(first impression of the office)prepared for us. Brittany had also helped me in the original booking and stayed on top of any cancellations that I might have taken. We were able to see Dr. Boucher earlier than the scheduled time. She & Jess were perfectly orchestrated in their process and so compassionate (they even utilized a psychological soother by humming the same tune when the pain was about to be intense). Top shelf skills, empathetic w My pain, efficient w My time-Thank you
