Dr. Eugene is patient and thorough, taking the time to gather any and all pertinent information from her patient, thoughtfully diagnosing the issue, explaining her conclusions and answering all questions. She communicates multiple treatment options (pros and cons) and allows the patient to use this information to identify the best course of treatment. Only complaint was the amount of time required to get on her appointment schedule.
