She took her time, was very thorough, explained everything, didn't try to push unnecessary, unwanted services. She and staff are very gentle and kind. The entire process was smooth, no waiting. I've never had any billing issues and my entire family sees her. She remembers details about us and seems extremely caring and followed up to make sure my husband pre-medicated before his appointment due to a previous orthopedic implant. She's very down to earth and takes her time with the patients, you don't feel rushed at all. No one in my family has ever had any bad experiences or pain at any visit. I have sensitive teeth and the hygenist has a record of this and does my cleaning by hand to avoid any discomfort on my part. They treat people like people! I highly recommend her to everyone!
