They were very accommodating when it came to emergency appointments. The staff is always nice and professional. Dr. Pratt would always follow up with me on what she saw and if there were any concerns. My daughter was actually able to get her braces off 2 months ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pratt for a child who needs braces.
