I’ve recently be able to experience how wonderful Dr. McCrander is, when I’ve accompanied my husband to his appointments. In today’s busy world where it seems impossible to get an appointment and where every one wants to meet virtually, Dr. McCrander takes the time to visit with you, she listens, she gives you adequate time for your appointment and encourages a follow up appointment. We’ve recently needed assistance with psychiatric issues and although Dr. McCrander’s office doesn’t focus on that, she’s been able to point us in the right direction and assist with resources and referrals. She cares about the overall well-being of her patients and remembers small details from a 6-week prior appointment. I’m very pleased to know that my husband is in good hands with a thorough doctor. Her office through GrayBill is clean, they’re always busy but we always seem to get an appointment.
