Other providers in this group were dismissive and downright rude about our concerns for repeated fevers and ear infections. Dr Wills took the time to listen to our experiences and concerns and have conversations about potential courses of treatment or root causes. The other providers shrug and explanation of “kids get fevers a lot what do you expect” was a striking contrast to his conscientious approach. We’re very happy we decided to seek him out as our primary care doctor for the children.
