I saw Dr. Stan at the Mayo Clinic for a thyroid nodule consultation. I have seen many endocrinologists over the years and have unfortunately received either poor or uninformative care. Dr. Stan took nearly an hour with me just to evaluate my symptoms, address my questions and concerns, and walk me through my imaging results in a way that I could understand. Dr. Stan also anticipated many of my questions and concerns which not only helped me to feel informed but also put me at ease about my condition. After my consultation, Dr. Stan came to the front desk to help me schedule my future appointments in a way that met my needs and schedule as an out-of-town patient. I highly recommend working with him.
